Service by km or date
Whichever comes first is what Memoto uses. Ride more, get reminded sooner. Ride less, it waits.
Memoto
Add a motorbike or car once. Memoto reminds you by kilometres or by date — whichever comes first — and remembers the oil you used last time. Works offline. No account required.
Free for three vehicles. Data stays on your phone unless you turn on backup later.
Reminders first. History when you sell the vehicle. Nothing that needs a dealer login.

Oil type, shop, price. At the counter you do not have to recall what you used last service.
Liability insurance, inspection, road fee — a date-only reminder, default 30 days ahead.
Insurance in days and oil in km sit on the same list. Memoto converts km to days from your pace.
A log you can export as PDF or CSV when you sell the vehicle. Months with nothing get no heading.
Optional photos live only on this phone. They are never uploaded, even if you turn backup on.
Motorbike and car, each with its own intervals. Free tracks three. Pro lifts the cap.
Everything runs on the device. Sign-in is optional backup — not a gate to using the app.
Three fields and you are in. The app fills default intervals by vehicle type.
Type, a name, optional plate, odometer. Skip the km if you do not remember — items stay “not yet known” until you set a number.
A number pad made for Vietnamese odometers. Memoto estimates km per day from those updates.
Two required fields, both prefilled. Next due is shown before you save. Mark done from the item screen when you already replaced it.
Local first
Memoto does not connect to a workshop and never invents an interval. Defaults differ for motorbikes and cars; you can edit them. Photos of receipts never leave the phone.
Sign-in with Google or Apple is optional backup when it ships. The free app already reminds you. This is not a booking tool and not a marketplace — it is a reminder, a log, and a pace estimate for the vehicle you already have.
Reminders, history, and three vehicles — free. Pro is extra for people who need more.
Nothing is taken away from the reminder core.
More vehicles, PDF export, backup.
Short answers below. The full FAQ covers languages, restore, and deleting data.
No. The app is fully usable offline with no sign-in. Google or Apple sign-in is optional, and only so you can back up vehicles and history to the cloud when that feature is on.
Reminders are local notifications on this device — not marketing push from a server. Memoto uses kilometres or months, whichever comes first, and estimates pace from your odometer updates.
The free app includes reminders, history, and three vehicles, with no ads. Pro unlocks more vehicles, PDF/CSV export, and cloud backup. Plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play.
Never. Optional receipt photos stay on the phone. They are not part of cloud backup.
No. It reminds you. You still take the vehicle to the shop you choose.
If you skip the odometer or leave an interval empty, Memoto will not guess. The item stays unknown until you set a number.
Memoto is a motorbike and car maintenance reminder.
