Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Memoto app (net.skyk.memoto) and the website at memoto.skyk.net, provided by SkyK Networks. By using Memoto you agree to these Terms.

1. What Memoto is

Memoto is a personal vehicle maintenance reminder and service log. It is not a workshop, dealer portal, booking service, or marketplace. It does not schedule appointments or move money. You remain responsible for servicing the vehicle on time.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Memoto for your own vehicles. The app, name, icon, and site are owned by SkyK Networks (or its licensors). Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

3. Your data

You enter names, kilometres, dates, optional amounts, and similar information. You are responsible for that information being accurate enough for your own reminders. Because Memoto does not read the vehicle for you, missing or wrong numbers can mean missed service.

4. Accounts

You may use Memoto without an account. Optional Google or Apple sign-in is for backup and restore only, when that feature is enabled. You are responsible for the credentials of that account.

5. Purchases

Memoto Pro (more vehicles, export, backup) is sold as in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play — monthly or yearly as shown in the app. Payment, billing, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s terms and applicable law. We do not process card numbers ourselves.

6. Advertising

Memoto does not show ads.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer the app except where the law allows, not to abuse our infrastructure, and not to use Memoto for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer

Memoto is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Reminders depend on the numbers you enter, on notification permission, and on the operating system delivering local notifications. We are not liable for missed service, damage, or other losses that arise from using or not using the app, except where liability cannot be excluded.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and, if signed in, request deletion of the cloud copy. We may stop offering the app or a plan. Store-purchased entitlements remain subject to Apple or Google rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top is the current version.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
